Thomas Simon manages our internal IT and develops in-house software to support our business processes. His responsibilities include administering and improving our IT systems, as well as designing, developing, and maintaining internal applications and interfaces.
As the person responsible for internal IT security, he coordinates regular security assessments, evaluates identified vulnerabilities, and oversees appropriate remediation measures. IT administration, software development, and security are considered together, both when improving existing systems and when introducing new solutions.
Reporting Security Vulnerabilities
If you discover a potential security vulnerability in any of our websites, applications, or other digital services, we welcome a confidential report. Please contact Thomas Simon directly so that we can review your findings and take appropriate action where necessary.
Helpful information includes a brief description, the affected page or feature, and clear steps to reproduce the issue. Please do not send passwords, personal data, or other confidential information. If sensitive information is required for further investigation, we will arrange an appropriate way to share it with you.
We ask that you report potential vulnerabilities confidentially first and allow us reasonable time to investigate and address them. Please refrain from testing that disrupts operations or accesses other parties’ data. This reporting channel does not constitute general authorization to conduct security testing.
