Market-driven and sustainable textiles, produced by a quality-conscious and high-performance circular knitting mill.
A large part of our production is used as backing material for plastics, mainly for automotive interiors.
Mattress covers, test fabrics for laboratory purposes, materials for medical applications and knitted tubes for filtration and packaging complete our portfolio. New developments are made in close cooperation with our customers and in line with market requirements.
Adherence to delivery dates is a matter of course for us.
At the same time, we do not disregard our environment. We manufacture in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner. We are aware of our responsibility.
Knitting
We knit over 1.5 million linear metres of different fabrics every month on state-of-the-art circular knitting machines. For this we need about 150 tonnes of PES yarns and 150 tonnes of blended yarns made of PES and CO. We process this large amount of yarn in 3 shifts (excluding Sunday).
Heat setting
About 70% of the knitted fabrics are heat-set on our stenter, i.e. stabilised with heat. All of these fabrics are used as backing material for artificial leather, then coated with PVC or PU and embossed. There is almost no car brand in which our backing material is not used.
Quality management
As a supplier to the automotive industry, we are constantly audited and have to meet all quality standards. In our laboratory, also equipped with the latest technology (Zwick), all fabrics are tested and a mill test certificate is issued. Only goods that fully meet these requirements are allowed to leave the factory.
